We were looking for a clean, quiet, safe and affordable place to stay while in Phoenix and this fit our needs perfectly. It's located on a small cul-de-sac with a couple other hotels, with food options within walking distance and easy parking. It is a great, family owned business with excellent service and a well maintained property. Wifi worked excellently as well. Check-in and out were smooth and completed in less than five minutes. I noticed they have a small pool as well but we failed to bring our bathing suits to enjoy it.

First off I wanna dispel the rumors on past customers reviews. This hotel was nice, it was simple and so was the price. Owners were beyond helpful. AC was cold burr but we like it that way. The pool and jacuzzi were closed the only real bummer. Other than that I will return when staying in phoenix! The area was quiet and clean at night. During the day you see a few homeless ppl. but you do all over. This was an enjoyable stay.

Bed and bathroom were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Good level of amenities in the room and hotel, including microwave, fridge, breakfast, laundry. The reception (the owners?) were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.

Very friendly, accommodating staff. They care about their hotel amd the guests they choose to receive. The place was quiet, kept clean and neat. I would stay here, again, if i were to choose this area of Phoenix.

Was a fairly clean facility at a fair price near the freeway and restaurants. The bathroom had been recently upgraded and they are in the process of updating other rooms.
